12 months.

Agent profile unlocks

When you request an agent’s contact details, we record your name, email address, and which agent profile you accessed. This log is used for agent performance
reporting only and is not shared with third parties or the agent directly.

Premium reminder subscriptions

If you subscribe to our premium reminder service, we collect your name, email address, policy number, and premium due date. This information is used solely to send
you renewal reminder emails. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any reminder email.
